I recommend the usage of ArgoUML:
* free to everyone
* lightweight
* it containts enough feature for the purpose of GLUE 2

We could consider to render the final version of the spec (when it will be available) with Rational Modeler

Issues set to

UML Class diagrams in GLUE Schema 1.3 were modeled with gentleware poseidon community edition. This software was free up
 to version 4 and now there is a basic fee to be payed.

Within OGF there is the possibility to have a free license for Rational Modeler from IBM. Every person should apply for 
the license.

The most common free tool so far is Argo UML (http://argouml.tigris.org/). It does not support UML 2.0, nevertheless we 
do not need it for GLUE 2.0.

Since many people will likely want to play with the schema, the best choice seems to be Argo UML because everyone will 
have free access to the software without for applying for the license.

To be tested for GLUE 2.
