A related proposal was:

implementedBy and hasTopology are inverse relations, so we can remove implementedBy.

According to Jeroen this is not true. hasTopology represents topology abstraction, while implementedBy represents partitioning or virtualization.

Hence, we will keep both relations.

Comment:

There are similarities (both represent a virtual/abstracted node with the notion that its ports can be connected by a cross-connect).

For clarity it can be useful to keep both concepts, if only to make it easier for people new to NML to understand what's going on.

Hence, I retract this proposal.
