This Recommendation track document describes the Advert API Extension package, which extents the SAGA Core API 
specification GFD.90.  

Attached is a tarball (see README to build the document), and a pdf version.  The document was in a final call on the 
SAGA group mailing list, and is considered to be ready for public comment.
