The /wsag:Template/@TemplateId description should be simplified. The following wording removes the reference to the
TemlateName:
"The MANDATORY TemplateId is a unique identifier of the agreement responder for the template. When updating a template,
a new, unique Template Id MUST be provided."
This makes makes it clear that not the tuple (TemplateName, TemplateId) constitutes a unique name but that that the
TemplateId needs to be unique itself.
