There has been one public comment, which seem to require only a minor textual modification. I have asked the editor to make this change and verify 
with the commenter if this change is correct.

My one structural request is to rework the references.  Most are not actually references, and should appear as in-text citations.  GFD-C.152 has 
guidance on this.

Also, please upload the corresponding .doc to this tracker, for completeness.
