This document is the normative description of the RNS 1.1 specification in terms of the OGSA WSRF Basic Profile 1.0 [
WSRFProfileDoc].  The RNS Draft Recommendation Document [RNS1.1] describes most operations in detail and where possible,
 information from that document is not repeated here.  In addition to information contained within this document, all 
implementations of the OGSA WSRF Basic Profile 1.0 rendering of the RNS specification MUST conform to the requirements 
contained within the OGSA WSRF Basic Profile 1.0 document [WSRFProfileDoc].
