After a job finishes, it's sandbox, output and metadata may stay put (if the job::description attrib Cleanup is set to 
False).  There should be some way to trigger cleanup manually later on, either by job.cleanup (), job_service.cleanup (
string jobid), or some other way.  That would also trigger to remove the jobid from the list of known jobs from that job
 service.
