I have modified the document according to your comment.
The modified document is uploaded by the format of word in the forge.

following is how i modified the document.

> There are a few items that should be attended to, before this can be submitted for public comment. Please let me know if you have any questions,
concerns, or uncertainty about how to proceed.
>
> - remove line numbers
I did.

> - the Contributors section needs to include full contact information for all contributors (authors/editors), and identify a corresponding author.
Please see the sample document in the GridForge Editor area, or look at any recently published document, for an example
I added author information.
Corresponding auther, me, only has e-mail address.

> - The first section of the Appendix has some unusual line breaks and capitalization. Please check this and update as needed. Particularly lines
277-282.
The first line with asterisk means name of category and the second line
without asterisk means name of actual use case. If the use case include
name of company or project, it has capital.
So, line breaks have meaning. But I changed it by using indentation.

> I suggest also updating some of the formatting. There are many cases in section 4.1 and the Appendix where there is an asterisk in the leftmost
column, then an indentation, then a bullet or list number (such as a, b, c). Consider dropping the asterisk, and instead insure consistent
indentation and numbering/bulleting (see also section 1.1, which is not indented like the other list items). Consistency will make the document
easier to read.
Delete astarisk and use a) etc. and no indentation for all items.

Thanks for this submission. We also need to get an editable (.doc or similar) file for this.

There are a few items that should be attended to, before this can be submitted for public comment. Please let me know if you have any questions,
concerns, or uncertainty about how to proceed.

- remove line numbers

- the Contributors section needs to include full contact information for all contributors (authors/editors), and identify a corresponding author.
Please see the sample document in the GridForge Editor area, or look at any recently published document, for an example

- The first section of the Appendix has some unusual line breaks and capitalization. Please check this and update as needed. Particularly lines 277-
282.

Once you've tended to the above, please re-submit the editable version and we'll move it to public comment. Thanks again for this submission. The
above comments/suggestions are largely for formatting etc. The content, overall, looks ready for widespread distribution and comment.
