After various discussions, the GFSG agreed to move this forward to publication. It is deemed to accurately reflect the positions by the authors.

Update from OGF26.  David Wallom is speaking with David Ferguson (sp?) on moving this and the companion document forward.  It's likely there will be a
 response within a few days, and the documents will either be updated, or published.  Consensus from the GFSG that this does not need a lot of 
additional process, just confirmation from the people involved with the document.

I sent a note to the author, concerning the continued lack of public comments.

No public comments were received, so we will re-submit for a further 30-day public comment period.

Authors/editors:  Please solicit your constituents to provide public comments.  Even simple affirmative comments, indicating the document has been 
reviewed, are useful.
