In the situation where there may be many data staging files to be copied prior to or following application execution 
could a
prioritisation mechanism be assigned to a sweep e.g.

This may cater for a more selective approach compared to the recursive copying mentioned in section 6.5.1.1 of the 
DataStaging Element definition.
