This document provides information to the Grid community on the direction for information and data modeling of OGSA 
resources.  It does not define any standards or technical recommendations.  Resources in a grid need to advertise their 
capabilities, and activities in a grid need to consume those resources.  This architecture paper defines the way to 
model resources’ capabilities and requirements in OGSA grids.  It builds on the wealth of existing systems management 
information already modeled and instantiated in systems today.  Examples are included.
