There are some places in the text where non-normative examples are rendered using "smart quotes" instead of normal ASCII
 quotes. The same thing occurs
 in GFD.56 (JSDL 1.0) itself, and does not appear to cause confusion for implementers.

The same is true of the examples in 3.3.6:
(1) [runas] /user/...
(2) [echo]foo bar 
The former has a space after ] while the latter does not. Similar examples in GFD.56 have the same flaw.
