I suggest removing the secure addressing sections of this spec. The biggest problem I have with this spec is that it is 
quite difficult to parse all the requirements and understand what behaviors are being mandated.  I think a big part of 
the problem is flipping back and forth between requirements predicated on the presence or absence of ‘message 
forwarding intermediaries’. It might be easier if the material were organized based on the two possible messaging 
models.
