Description:
The pseudo-expression “5, 6.7777, 7.0, [50.3,99.5), [100-” (which
indicates a disjoint range consisting of the values 5, 6.7777, 7.0, all
values inclusive of from 50.3 up to, but not including, 99.5 and all
values from 100 on up) can be encoded in a RangeValue as follows:

<jsdl:Exact epsilon=”0.00001”> 6.7777 </jsdl:Exact>
