Security and Trust play an important role in DMI.

Should DMI deal with identities for Source and Sink, and allow Source and Sink to disallow data movements to each others
 because they mutually distrust each other?

Or should DMI rather punt on this?

What about Data Movements that are piped through the Data Movement Instance?
