Title:	error
Description:	The "NotAuthorized" exception (which is to be used in authorization callbacks) is not defined. I propose to use the " AuthorizationFailed" exception instead. Re: NotAuthorized exception not defined Also, authorization callbacks MUST be called, and completed, bofore the associated 'open' method (or so) can successfully return. The open() MUST THEN also cause the "AuthorizationFailed" exception.

Comment:

1) fixed: AuthorizationFailed is indeed the correct exception
2) (Re) that information is already on page 70:
    The implementation MUST catch this exception, and interprete
    it as a decline of the operation which caused the callback.
