At least the jsdl-posix:user element would be useful in this extension.

There is also a question on whether WallClock should be allowed here or whether a different mechanism to define it 
should be described.

Finally, should this application allow extensibility given that some other features (number of threads, etc) may need to
 be defined as extensions.
