The ESI draft contained a jsdl extension called esi:Library. (It should probably be called 'Software' instead.) A 
similar extension was also introduced in other projects, e..g, HPC-Europa.

4.3.2	Support for Libraries
This element MAY be used to identify libraries and other software components that are available at a resource. They MAY 
also be added to the Job Description Resource element to indicate that the job requires the giver library or software 
package.
