Title:	Software 'resource' or library
Description:	The ESI draft contained a jsdl extension called esi:Library. (It should probably be called 'Software' instead.) A similar extension was also introduced in other projects, e..g, HPC-Europa. ESI definition fragment follows below: 4.3.2 Support for Libraries This element MAY be used to identify libraries and other software components that are available at a resource. They MAY also be added to the Job Description Resource element to indicate that the job requires the giver library or software package. <esi:Library> <LibraryName .../>? <LibraryVersion .../>? <Description .../>? </esi:Library>

Comment:

At OGF19 it was agreed that the priority of this feature depends on whether it is in the BES specification (resource properties).

It is not present in the final call version of BES (draft 31). Moving back to 'open'

	Comment:	At GGF18 we took this from BES, and confirmed it in the BES session. Status 'open' might be more accurate since we haven't made a decision of when to do something about this.
