Some of us are of the oppinion that the latter half of the "CreateActivityFromJSDL" operation name is not neccessary and
 should be removed. This results in the name being changed to just "CreateActivity".  We have committed to using JSDL, 
so the fact that the job template is in JSDL is a given. Furthermore, if some situation in the fiture requires the use 
of non-JSDL job template data, this can simply be added as a jsdl:JobDefinition extension instead of resulting in the 
creation of a new operation.
