OGSA is intented to be composable. If there are real technical componet issue where compornents are not comporsable, we need your help to identify and
fix them togather.
It is also the case, we believe that OGSA to be successful we must be able to leverage contribution from all the WGs across OGF if we have create
process barrier we need to identify and solve them.

Reviewed OGSA 1.5 and added text to clarify that capabilities are independent of each other and can be used in any combination; and that capabilities
are not monolithic and it is possible to use only a subset of services. (I think it was sort of implied but not explicitly stated.)
OGSA has already defined 3 profiles and the door is open for more.
