Title:	Container Information Model (Resource Description)
Description:	Linked work with JSDL-WG and the job resource requirement. BES model needs to handle hetrogeneous clusters, inbound connectivity, AFS or not, location, processor, memor, bandwidth . Make sure Windows executable model is supported by/in addition to POSIX. Have very clear supportable definitions for all the core attributes. And make it clear which are or are not optional. Avoid mis-interpretation. CPU Architecture field needs to suport co-processors, add-on cards, etc. CPU Speed Network bandwidth - currentlt available, max overall?

There was a use case for advertizing heterogeneous clusters. I think we should try to support this, but it is a JSDL problem as to how to request a 
heterogeneous resource. I therefore like Donnal's suggestion, i.e. heterogeneous resources are advertized as separate BES instances. From Donnal's 
mail:

Suppose we have a cluster of machines, four from Intel (with 2GB memory each) and four from AMD (two with 1GB, two with 4GB). This induces 5 services,
 with resource claims as follows:

 * 2 AMD processors, 4GB
 * 4 AMD processors, 1GB
 * 4 Intel processors, 2GB
 * 6 x86 processors, 2GB
 * 8 x86 processors, 1GB
