By default, documents in "Document Manager" are alphabetically sorted by their titles. If we have more than 12 document,
newly submitted document may not show up in the first page. I have to change the page with the almost-hidden controls (
in the bottom right corner) or change sorting order by date with the "Last Edited On" button twice at the first row.
I think the default sorting ordering should be "reverse chronological" (the most recent one first). Or give optional
setting for administrater to select the most suitable sorting order per folder. . |
