The OGSA-WG space in GGF GridForge is ready for you to check out.  We did several things:

You, Jeff and Dennis are admins.  If you have a webmaster have them create a login and use the general support tracker 
to request that we make him/her an admin as well.

The document tree is simple- folders for charter, background papers, meeting materials, and working drafts.

I tried to summarize the web-based charter into a PDF file- you will want to check it out and make sure it is OK.

There are trackers for doc change requests, site suggestions, and to submit an agenda item or topic request.

Please use this tracker (the one this note comes from, i.e. site suggestions) to report problems or request changes.  
you can target the items to me or Anthony Binder or to one another.

To put documents into the document repo, use the submit button under the DOCUMENT  MANAGER in the navigation bar at left

Finally, if you have doc editors or authors who you wish to assign items to, have them create logins and you as admin of
 the project can add them as project members.  You need NOT add every person in the working group as members- everything
 is visible.  You only add people to whom you want to assign tasks.  So "members" in this context are actually those who
 are part of the core management and editing team.

And, of course, please contact Anthony Binder for help (there is a GGF GridForge help project with trackers and phone 
numbers) but we are also going to do A LOT of training and consulting one-on-one during GGF8.
