No need to buy buy me a drink. Actually, we ran a patch late Friday afternoon that, I believe, resulted in several "hidden" files to show up (like
the original telecon minutes. That bug was finally stamped out (just in time for an upgrade to a new version this week). I'm going to close this
tracker. See you in Chicago!

Steve,
Someone from the ogsa-group pointed out to me that the documents are present and showing in the folder view. I was silly not to notice that the folder
view wraps to a next page. So I have now 'found' all the documents....
Though the initial issue on the anonymous submission problem was correct the comments on not being able to see additional documents I now realize were
bogus. I can't apologize enough. I hope you'll be at GGF9 so that I can buy you a drink to make up for it.
Thanks a lot and sorry for the trouble.

Andreas,
I did submit the bug to our vendor and they agreed that there was a problem at the database level. They are working on a fix which I hope to have very
soon. I'll keep you posted. Until then, you might consider creating a different category and moving your minutes into that category. I have been
able to see and manipulate the documents when I go into Document Manager Admin and (at the bottom of that page) listing the documents in the problem
category. You can get at these documents in that way to move them, etc.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

The folder/category
"Open Grid Services Architecture : Document Manager : Meeting Materials and Minutes : telecon minutes" has a problem. The document count now is up to
13 but there are only 10 documents showing.
It doesn't look like just a permission issue any more, since I uploaded number 12 last week, after logging in, and it still didn't show in the folder
view.

OK. It doesn't appear to be an approval issue. I looked at the database and the status flags do not indicate that it is pending approval.
I'm taking a different tact, looking at the project permissions for the "site visitor" role (under which you submitted the document). It indicates
that visitors can access documents, but not be an editor of them. I need to dig a bit deeper into what privileges that actually gives you. I'll get
back with you when I know more.

I asked one of the ogsa-wg admins (hiro) to check whether he can see the document after he logs in (on "MyPage") but he could not.

I believe the OGSA project is set up such that anonymous submissions of documents must be "reviewed" by the project administrator (which is probably
one of the chairs). If your project admin logs in and goes to his/her "My Page", he/she will likely find a document waiting to be reviewed. Simply
selecting the approve check box next to the document name will result in the document being visible.
As you have already concluded, this can be avoided by logging into GridForge prior to submitting documents. Please let me know (by adding comments to
this tracker) if having your chair approve the document results in it becoming visible.
Regards, Steve Crumb
