Title:	(1288) Why does a new tracker not appear unless logged on
Description:	I created a new tracker "Basic Profile" a few weeks ago. When logged on to gridforge this tracker appears under the tracker tab on the left of the screen in the "Project Summary" view. But this tracker does not appear when not logged on. If I click the 'Tracker' link then the resulting tracker page "https://forge.gridforum.org/projects/ogsa-wg/tracker/" does show the "Basic Profile" tracker. What do I have to do to make a new tracker appear under the left side Tracker tab when not logged on? Andreas.

I've looked quickly at the Role settings and the Tracker settings and it appears to be set up correctly.  I'll submit a ticket to the vendor and try 
to get some resolution, as it appears to be a bug.
