Version 6, section 2, list item 3 (OGSA Compliant Software) says: "We may also expect that a set of OGSA Compliance 
Tests will be developed that define the practical criteria that must be satisfied for a software system to be called "
OGSA-Compliant."  

We need to clarify whether this is intended to mean a software suite, or simply a description of what tests should be 
performed.  Ultimately it will need to reflect GGF's position on development of compliance test suites..
