It is recommended to add "gap analysis" to the roadmap document. For example, each OGSA capability has overview section 
and lists up major services and documents. If such services or documents are already taken care of any WGs, just refers 
to corresponding section. If not, this is a "gap" and encourage readers to fulfill such gaps..
