section 4.3, l.330: R0429 A MESSAGE response for wsrf-rp:QueryResourceProperties with the Dialect URI http://www.w3.org/
TR/1999/REC-xpath-19991116 MUST conform to the structure/serialization as defined in XML Digital Signature 
Canonicalization.

(Tom's comment) There are 2 specs need to chose which is
        appropriate. Still needs work..
