I suggest that we maintain a plaintext index containing the document number,
first author and title so that people have a quick method of finding the document of interest. This is particularly 
important since the GGF allows document formats which are not readily searchable.

I have attached an index covering the first 21 published documents, rationalizing the document names to the GFD.## 
format.
