Mass Update

Published on ggf.org/ggf_docs_final.htm as GFD.50 on Aug 9, 2005

This document is now published as GFD #50.
I made some very small changes:

- fixed publication dates & headers to indicate it's a published document
- removed the abstract statement about "it's a DRAFT document"

Authors/editors, please confirm this document looks good.
Check especially Figures 1 and 3, which seemed to not be complete.

Thanks - I will do the final processing on this document, looking for any
remaining minor changes, and then it will be published.

Following suggestions by Greg, I have aaccepted all changes and recreated TOCs

This will be ready for publication once the authors/editors
can complete the formatting.  If this is a challenge to do in a
timely fashion, let me know and I'll work on it.  As for the others
in this series, please:

Re-submit this document with:
- all "changes" accepted in MS Word
- the copyright statement (without the GGF logo) similar to any
recently published GGF document and GFD-C.1
- regenerated/current table of contents

I did not see any problems with this document, otherwise, and
expect to publish it after getting these changes.  Thanks again.

Per the Jan 25 GFSG conference call, Bill Nitzberg will ping the authors to confirm progress and see whether they need any assistance.

Dejan responded stating that the authors of this document will be working on fixing the document shortly.

Document will now enter a 30 day public comment period. Due date: 8-14-04

I have reviewed this document, and believe it should go out for public comment.  (I have a few very minor edits which I will make as part of the 
official public comment process).
