Mass Update

Published as GFD.65 on 27 March, 2006

This document will now be published
as GFD-R.065.  I added the new copyright/IP
statement and adjusted the headers, but made
no other changes.

Thanks to the authors/editors for work
on this document.

The GFSG approved this document for publication
on February 28.  It is now in final Editor review prior
to publication.

This document is well written and there should be no impediment to publication from this perspective. The important issue for GFSG approval is the 
lack of any public comment. We are accustomed to seeing many comments on documents that need correction; this is not the case here. I agree with the 
observation that as a set the CDDLM documents have had good review, and I consider this document to be a consistent member of this set. On this basis 
I recommend the GFSG accept.

I am assigning the cognizant area directors the task of
determining whether another public comment period is
needed.  It might be that the set of four other CDDLM documents
means that a lesser public comment for this document is OK.
Or, we might need to seek out additional comments.

Thanks for this submission, and I apologize for my delay
in responding.  I have read this document, and believe
it is ready for GFSG 15-day review, prior to public comment.

Due from the GFSG Wednesday September 14 (or the GFSG conference
call right afterwards: Tuesday September 20).

There are a few minor formatting issues:
- the GGF intellectual property statement can appear
later, and does not need the GGF logo (see the
sample documents in the Editor tracker, or recent
published documents for examples)
- the page footer (email address & page numbers) needs
to be added

These do not need to be fixed prior to public comment,
unless some larger issues are raised (i.e., during the
GFSG review), but will need to be fixed prior to publication.
If the author/editor would like to submit a revised document,
please go ahead and do so to this tracker.
