Description:	From OMII-Europe via Steven Newhouse. In the curret spec we see a JobState property which represents the current state of the job. We think that it would be useful to provide the user with the history of all job status changes with the associated timestamp. We also support the need for exitCode and failureReason attributes to describe the job return code and job failure reason respectively..

	Comment:	Agreement: Log should be a separate property and not part of the GetState return. It is optional property that may be exposed on either the BES container or the managed job interface.

This should be an extension property on the managed job but not part of the basic state model or included in the get state operations result.

This means opening a tracker item for the log property.
