Questions about the specialized nature of the feature.

Questions about how many systems might support it.

There were statements that other mechanims to do this, subject to the job state management.

This is an extension to workflow capability. 

There was some discussion as to whether this should be in JSDL or BES.

We should define a hold and suspend concept so that this workflow extension could be supported.

Resolved to close without supporting this feature.
