I like to describe a tuneable laser. The laser can send out light a one wavelength at a given time, but this wavelength 
can be adjusted over time.

So this would be a single Port, with one specific label at a time, but somehow, it should be associated with a label 
group to describe all labels it can take. It is unclear if this is a Service or not.
