implementation hint, an as such the two issues must be disentangled. Necessity of having hold points in job description
needs to be clarified, and feasibility discussed. to The PGI input requires extensions to allow manual transfer of files to/from the job. It also makes an implementation
suggestion thatthis will require hold points. The two issues must be disentangled, and manual staging extension should
be formalised independently of implementation possibilities.
