Clarification from Wolfgang. Outcome is:
- remove from public comment
- put this document on hold until the companion is ready, then publish both
"The decision was not to have a public comment since the
errata only affects typos in the non-normative part of
the spec.
It should be published as a new document that obsoletes
GFD.107 once the WS-Agreement Negotiation document
is ready for publication as a proposed recommendation
so that the two specs have numbers that are close.
GFD.107 should include a notice that it is obsoleted
by [new number] and [new number] should include a notice
that it obsoletes GFD.107 (the reason being that GFD.107
has been referred to in many publications).
