Update from OGF26.  David Wallom is speaking with David Ferguson (sp?) on moving this and the companion document forward.  It's likely there will be a
 response within a few days, and the documents will either be updated, or published.  Consensus from the GFSG that this does not need a lot of 
additional process, just confirmation from the people involved with the document.
