4.1.1.1 for full undo strategies,

"The data transfer protocol guarantees..."  seems odd. Wouldn't that be "An
OGSA-DMI implementation...." ?
The word "guarantee" is actually a strong word here on those four bullets.
A "guarantee" from "data transfer protocol" seems beyond DMI's control.
Also, DMI implementation can't really guarantee what data transfer protocol
does. what do you think?  The 3rd and 4th bullets about freeing reserved
space and bandwidth seem beyond DMI's scope, as somewhat conflicting with
1.2.
