Title:	Schema representation for "any non-zero value" for a type
Description:	Currently xsd:positiveInteger is used as the step attribute for the Loop element. Could instead a type be defined for loop-based elements which represents any non-zero value of a type, to allow for incrementing and decrementing steps?
