GetActivityStatuses, GetActivityDocuments, TerminateActivities all take in a vector of EPRs to reference an activity. A 
client may be authorized to connect to the container, but may have 'made up' an EPR to access someone elses activity. 

The underlying scheduler may stop the client from accessing someone elses activity, but this prohibited action cannot 
currently be reflected back to the client.
