Initial editor review is complete. There are some concerns that need to be addressed. But we can go ahead with 30-day public comment, and the fixes
can be applied at the same time as PC.
To fix (these are all structural/formatting concerns):
- centered main title should be formed as in the sample document (not centered, no extra lines)
- no OGF logo
- in the Contributors section, add full contact info for the two listed authors/editors (see the sample document)
- The single reference to smartfrog is not a reference. Remove it from references, and simply supply the URL inline in the text where you reference it
- The published CDDLM documents referenced in section 3.1 need to appear as full complete references in the References section (use the format from
the sample document)
the overall content seems good to me, but the above structural fixes will help this fit the general appearance of an OGF document. Please apply those
changes, as well as any other changes indicated by public comment.
For public comment: chairs/authors/editors should solicit comments from the constituency, including WG members who might be able to simply affirm the
completeness & accuracy of the document.
