Comment:

I've categorized these documents as "profiles" rather than "specifications" for two reasons: 

(a) The intent is to collectively group and normalize a set of existing specifications and profiles (e.g., XML signature/encryption, the WSI-BSP, etc.
) for use within the OGSA context, rather than define new mechanism from whole cloth.

(a) Any new mechanism that we are decribing is primarily an application of definitions from one area (WS-SecurityPolicy) into the extensibility region
 of another (WS-Addressing)
