  - can we add OpenMPI? You also mention MPICH, but no other common stacks.
Why is this? Shouldn't LAM at least be added? There are others as well that
are probably quite common. Some examples: MPICH GM (myrinet), POE (IBM MPI),
Intel MPI, MPICH shared memory, MVAPICH (M-VIA based), and MPICH MX to name
a few. These all require something a little different on the consuming
system side in order to start the job. LSF has integrations with each of
these, and each requires something a little different.
