The following from Charlie Catlett sparked a discussion resulting in this tracker for the TSC:

"While there is no particular consensus, there is a strong sense within
the GIN group that there is a high wall between people doing standards
in OGF and people trying to use those standards.  To first order there
has been no participation in any GIN discussions or meetings by any
member of the GFSG who is part of the standards effort.  This raises the
question within GIN regarding whether or not OGF is the right home for
GIN."

But there are no documents there and the mail archive is missing (or just broken).

Proposed actions:

1) Find out where GIN is hiding their documents.

2) Look at any summary requirments lists they have and compare them to the TSC Roadmap.

3) Offer the GIN grooup a roll up like activity.
