and "Web Services Addressing 1.0 - SOAP Binding" version dated 9th May 2006 with name space

version 2005/08 as this
publication version is used in more and more WS frameworks. This way, tooling and usage of ByteIO is getting less
complex as only one WS-Addressing toolkit needs to be supported.
This comment also applies to the ByteIO OGSA WSRF Basic Profile Rendering 1.0 document."
