Updated doc received via email...public comment addressed. Summary of other changes from Tiziana:
- completed the authors' list (the latest contributors were missing)
- updated affiliations (actually there's an author - Paul D. Mealor -
who used to be at UCB, but no longer works there, couldn't find his
current affiliation, and in this case I have skipped this information)
- reformatted the list of bibliographic references at the end of the
VLBI use case to make it look like the other similar sections
- added punctuation where needed in the VLBI chapter
- corrected abbreviations of unit of measures where incorrect
- corrected the typo spotted by Cees
- updated headers

Authors, please address these items and re-submit,
in order for this document to advance to public comment:
- Provide an editable form of the document
(i.e., a MS Word .doc file)
- adjust the headers/footers to match across
the document; add the doc type; add the WG/RG/CG
name
- based on the latest OGF document template
(at the main page of the Editor project in GridForge),
update "GGF" to "OGF" and "Global Grid Forum"
to "Open Grid Forum."
- work a little on formatting, such as spacing
between paragraphs and evenness across the
separate use cases
The overall content looks OK for this, although as
a series of mini-document use cases it does not
seem to hang together as well as a single unified
document. Adding some good overview or summary
information would help.
