The GFSG discussed this document on August 1 (sorry for the delay).  It is deemed to be of high quality, and ready for advancement to 60-day public 
comment.  We will post the P.C. tracker to this tracker when it's available.

Authors/editors, note that the GFSG & Editor recommend trimming the masthead Author list to just one or a few "Editors," while listing all the major 
contributors in a Contributor's section (where they are already listed).  This will serve to focus any future feedback or trouble reports -- including
 many years in the future -- to just one or a few committed document editors.

Also, note that there are a few changes to the document template as a result of the new "OGF" organization.  These can be applied after public comment
