Description:	I think the top level folder of the document manager should be named WG's name (i.e. OGSA-WG) not "Global Grid Forum." .

Hiro,
The SourceForge software allows for only a single name for this category across all projects.  Originally, we thought Global Grid Forum would suffice.
  However, we are launching a new version next week, and have changed this category name to the "standard" name of "Root".  So, every project will 
have a "Root" category (instead of "Global Grid Forum").
