** Discussion of use of OGSA tag (branding)

Resolved: The following constitute an OGSA (brand) compliant GGF WG:
   1) Demonstrate that they were operating within the OGSI framework.
   2) The work needs to fit (plug point) into the Open Grid Services
      Architecture as defined by our document.
   3) From a process perspective, they engage actively with us and
      other OGSA related working group - contribute use cases, etc.
   4) Use OGSA as an adjective. 

Resolved: At GGF9 present the above ideas in each session as part of the "branding" process. .
